Cancellation Policy
We request 48 hours' notice of cancellation. We will reschedule cancellations made before 48 hours without penalty. We will charge the full amount for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
How is inclement weather handled ?
We will notify you of practice cancellations as soon as possible via WhatsApp (+852 9097 0915). We will try to notify you at least one hour before the start of the program, but this may not be possible in the case of rain. Please check your WhatsApp from Timothy LAU frequently on questionable weather days. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding short-notice cancellations due to inclement weather.
Cancelled Class Due To Uncontrollable Weather / facilities closure
Refunds will only be issued if tennis.hk cancels the class. No refunds will be issued due to student absences or changes noted in the updated class schedule.
Unused fees paid to tennis.hk may be credited to future plans. Missed courses may be made up in any subsequent semester, subject to request and approval from tennis.hk.
No refunds will be given if a course is canceled due to adverse weather conditions/facilities closed. If possible, make-up classes will be offered.
Refunds
Once a session commences, no refund will be granted for any student who is dismissed for any behavioural reason, or departs from the session before the completion of the course.

The government changed the regulations since November 2023, and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) requires all players under the booking to use the facilities.
