Cancellation Policy
We request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made prior to this WhatsApp (+852 9097 0915) are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 48 hours’ notice. 48 hours’ notice / No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee.
How is inclement weather handled ?
Notification of practice cancellation will be made with as much notice as possible by WhatsApp (+852 9097 0915). We attempt to notify you by WhatsApp no later than one hour prior to the start of the programs. However, when it comes to rain, this is not always possible, so please check your email or WhatsApp from Timothy LAU frequently on questionable days. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding short-notice cancellations due to inclement weather.
Missed Classes / Make-Up Class Booking
A missed class occurs when a student cannot attend due to an updated class, school commitment, out of town. A make-up class is available and can be booked during any term and holiday. No refund will be issued in any case. Book a make-up class here.
Cancelled Class Due To Uncontrollable Weather / Health Hazards
A refund is only issued due to a cancelled program by tennis.hk. No refunds will be issued due to a missed class by the student-athlete or due to changes noted in the Updated Class Schedule. Unused fees made to tennis.hk can be credited towards a future program. A missed class can be made up in any future term upon request and approval by tennis.hk. Book a make-up class here.
